Dr. Andruzzi (neurologist), Siarah (neuro DA), and neuro techs Chelsea and Jackie were so attentive, compassionate, and thorough. They explained everything clearly and made sure Buu was comfortable every step of the way.
We are especially grateful that Dr. Andruzzi and Dr. Lo (surgeon) worked together to coordinate same-day procedures so Buu would only have to go under anesthesia once. That consideration meant so much to us.
Thank you to Dr. Lo (surgeon), Lindsey (surgery DA), Oku and Victor (surgery anesthesia techs), and Pilar (surgery tech) for the incredible care they gave Buu during surgery. Can't forget Aaron and Maria, the two overnight techs who took care of my girl.

We've visited ACCESS on & off over the past 10 years and can't recommend this location enough! If you truly need to see the best doctors, you can't do better than this location - experts in every field and top of the line emergency medicine. Our dog had two back to back bouts of acute pancreatitis and Dr. Emanuel in the Internal Medicine department (as well as several others) truly saved her life. We'll be forever grateful for this place and the people who work here!

The entire staff was welcoming and supportive. The internist Dr. Uematsu absolutely saved my dogs life and her bedside manner is stellar because she is transparent, kind and communicative. Dexter Johnson her right hand man is so kind and helped me understand how to handle medications and I am grateful for every single person at Access for helping me.

Arrived around 1 to address my cats foot. Test and everything totaled 1100, I say ok go ahead. It’s confirmed that her foot is broken. I get 2 options a stent or surgery the stent is 900 more and the surgery is 9100 total, I mean I’ve already gotten all of these things done so I opt for the stent, who has all of this money readily available? Ok cool I come back 3 hours later and they haven’t even STARTED and said it will be another 1hour and a half it’s so frustrating!! I have to be up so early for work so I opt to just take her somewhere else. I’m ready to pay and go about my day I have to wait. Once it’s finally time to pay I’m waiting for them to bring my cat out 45 mins later STILL NO CAT. I might as welll have just gotten it done. This makes no sense. She didn’t start the procedure so put her in her kennel and bring her to me this is ridiculous!!

Do not bring your pets here if you love them! They will charge you ridiculous amounts of money and then euthanize in the end.

Brought my cat to be seen by their cardiologist. They have a comforting waiting room with coffee and tea available.
Everything went smoothly and the doctor answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Terrible place- personnel is incompetent and rude. Long wait time as they are understaffed- crazy prices- they just run up your bills for no reasons. Misdiagnosed my dog giardia w intestinal blockage which made the price of the car jumping 100 times more. Terrible Giovanna Sally the manager she is fake and untrustworthy- covers all the dust under the rug at your expenses. Go to VCA on west La much more competent cost effective and nice personnel.
