She did a great job her and her assistant they are kind, caring and gentle, especially with my 16-year-old maltipoo he has arthritis and due to his age heart of hearing and heart of seen he can be a little difficult. They were very patient with him and he looked great. He also came out. Happy eat food drank water. I can definitely see by the way he reacted they did a very gentle job with him. I’m very happy and I will definitely recommend them anytime“

“This is a great business. They are always friendly, helpful, and professional whether you need an appointment, prescription refill, or just have a question, they are there to help. Our veterinarian was Dr Navia. She is a superb clinician, has great surgical skills and is very gentle with animals. She treated our dog for a bad heart valve and heart failure over a couple of years. When his disease progressed and we decided on euthanasia to prevent suffering she was very skillful at the procedure and provided us emotional support as well. Everyone at the facility is service oriented. You will never feel like you are bothering them and never feel like they are in it for the money. A simply great group of people. As a retired family doctor I give them my best recommendation,“

“Alvin is a master of his trade. He is a professional who will ask for vaccination records and leave your pup smelling and looking beautiful. You can tell he takes pride in his work as he speaks to your pup like a client too! Tell him what you want and he delivers. I've seen several groomers with my senior pup and he's given my baby the best cut he's had in 11 years. I come here at least once a month. Prices sometimes are weirdly inconsistent compared to what you see posted on the wall though I imagine the dirtier and mismanaged your pet is he charges a bit more for the elbow work haha - it would be nice to see a breakdown though. “I've been trusting Waggily Ever After for about 4 years now. That alone is a testament to their dedication to ensuring a quality groomand bath for your little one. What I can personally attest to is their professionalism in their service and their care for the doggies they groom.

I see a lot of negative comments that seem nitpicky about things that are preventable as a dog parent. Working with a variety of dog personalities can be a very difficult thing. Ultimately, the better behaved, socialized, crate-trained and trusting your dog is with other dogs and other human beings, the better your visit will be with ANY business that involves service for dogs.

From my experience, and from the family that I've referred to here, the Waggily Ever After team is about getting this work done with care and consistency. I just love the way they treat my sweet old lady Lucy and especially love how well groomed she ends up looking and smelling after their fantastic service. Nicely trimmed and thoroughly de-shedded and shampooed! It always looks like she de-ages after a visit there.

“The salon did a fantastic job with our new rescue dog, who looked like he had not been groomed in a long time. And all for a reasonable price, fast turnaround, and good communication! “We've had our goldendoodle for about a year and 3 months and Lynda's Groom Room was his 1st grooming experience since he's been with us. Our dog is weary of new people and has separation anxiety, but he was well behaved during his grooming session and looks amazing. The grooming fee was more than reasonable and they did a great job on him. We asked for short trim because we're going camping and because we're heading into warmer months, and they did just as we asked. Thank you Lynda's Groom Room, we're definitely making an appointment for our other dog and will be regular customers.“

“Thankyou to Petco and the stylist for being patient with my pet. She’s quite a handful especially knowing she’s a husky the amount of energy on this girl is insane. So I was ready for them to call me back saying that they couldn’t control her since I’ve experienced that before. “Hoagie and team (Buttercup) are truly gifted with fur babies. We recently brought in our three senior small dogs with (shamedly) overgrown nails. Not only was he non judgemental, but he was kind and gave us lots of educational feedback in a gentle way. Good Humanity does exist and you can find it here. There’s parking in the back, and is conveniently located directly off I10. I had previously sent a text explaining my fear of bringing in our dogs in fear of them getting rejected. He responded within 24 hours and was really helpful and informative via text. I love finding places like this! If you are neglecting your dogs personal care, and you worry about judgemental places, do your pets a favor and just bring them in. I have a huge weight lifted off my chest. Thank you Hoagie! “I was really happy with their service and flexibility. I went in after walking out of my regular vet because the bill was too high and they would not give me any alternative options. After paying crazy amounts in vet bills for various situations in the past few months I was starting to feel financially manipulated by vets so I shopped around a bit and echo park gave me a rough estimate over the phone and was very flexible in person. I went in twice for follow ups which I might have been afraid to do somewhere else. Very grateful for them accommodating me and my kitty!
