We just moved to the area and I took my pup here for the first time. The staff is very friendly and answered all my questions. Ivonne groomed my pup and he looked great! Prior to our first visit Ivonne listened and took notes on how I wanted my pup groomed. Will definitely be coming back!
Have brought my pups here twice, and have been impressed with how the groomers work with them. My dogs aren’t great with strangers, so when they let the groomers carry them it’s huge. They also look so cute after—their breath doesn’t even smell for days after being groomed.
My first experience with Wag n' Swag was a positive one.1. Great on follow ups. I was notified of an earlier availability for my dog's grooming (Wired Fox Terrier hand stripping).2. Erika Melgar did a great job hand stripping my WFT. Nice touch. I'm definitely returning to her.3. The staff was very friendly and they made me feel at ease.Thank you.
