Visiting California for Gi Worlds and needed a place to train, we decided to go to nearest gym and it felt like we won the lottery. The professor is an elite competitor with an insane amount of knowledge and technique, had a great session and a fun time

I, brought my son and step son here to get a little more active. Not only did they got more active they got in shape and where taught a art! This was not just any run by the night guy that doesn't know who or what they are doing. From what I seen everyone is treated with respect and no ego trips, everyone worked as a team and at the level they were personally at. I would recommend Sammy and his team to anyone who like to get in shape and learn a self defense or even if they want to take it up a notch and start to compete and win competitions this is the place you want to be at.

I am visiting from Arizona and needed a place to train while I was here. A friend of mine trains here and they accepted me as a guest. I had a great time. Super solid training. Warm ups were challenging. I really enjoyed the training style. Everyone was super helpful and patient. If I lived here I would 100% train here and have it be my home. I learned a lot. Rolling with all belt levels was very challenging and it was obvious they were rolling at my level so I would learn. I can't say enough good about this place. Visiting a gym, I go in with zero ego and just try to keep up. I appreciate everyone that trained with me life I'm a regular. Thanks everyone!
