Vanessa was very responsive in communicating with me from the time of my inquiry down to the actual day of the appointment - one very important indicator that Spencer Service Appliance Repair truly cares about helping their customers. Greg came and fixed my home oven which I use for my cottage bakery with excellence and efficiency. This duo works very well in ensuring not just customer service but customer satisfaction at the same time. It goes without saying that I am truly delighted by the speed, quality, and above all, honesty they possess. Indeed, a trustworthy service company!
Gregg was awesome! He came and fixed my leaky washer on short notice. Communication was perfect and he was very friendly and professional. Prices were fair and no price gouging for urgent matters.I highly recommend and would call him for future issues.
We were thrilled with the service from Spencer Service Appliance Repair for our 1950's Wedgewood oven. Other oven techs were stumped when they looked at our old oven, but not Spencer's! The internal connection issues were resolved quickly, resulting in a fully funtional vintage oven. Thanks! I highly recommend this family-owned business.Service: Oven repair
