I went recently for there first time to this location and was nervous about seeing a new Dr. From the Reception to Dr. Long it ended up being a good experience and I was quite relieved. Dr. Long listened to my issues and gave helpful instruction on what was needed including a prescription. I would recommend this location and Dr. Long and won't hesitate to go back for myself or family when needed.

The staff at this facility was awesome! The doctor on the other hand was horrible! She needs to go back to med school or change careers! She is rude, mean and cuts you off when you are speaking and doesn't let you finish saying what your symptoms are. She must be psychic or something because apparently she can just assume what your condition is without checking you and just hearing how you sound from the other room.... She needs to get off her high horse and stop thinking she knows everything....she needs to be a little more humble and compassionate....she is only a doctor to make money not to help people.... I will pray for her! She definitely needs Jesus Christ!!!!

Poor customer service, this facility has no X-ray on site nor do they provide prescriptions for pain medication. Doctor came in and couldn't get us out of their facility fast enough telling us to go to our medical provider. They were quick to take our money for no services rendered. Would never go back to this facility.

Really Zero stars- but it has to be 1-5. This Dr Susan Long is piece of work. We went to Mayflower Urgent Care (not the main doctors office- this is located on the first floor) for a lingering earache that was getting worse. Could be bad, right? We had an appontment with primary doctor in 5 days, but just wanted extra assurance it wasn't something bad brewing, like an abcess or advanced infection. Does that seem unreasonable for an urgent care visit? Well apparently Dr. Long thinks so. She didn't understand WHY someone would seek care for a painful ear, dizziness, and headache. This doctor proceeded to shame the patient to the point of tears. Asking repeatedly Why would you come here if you have an appontment in 5 days? She was also shamed for presence of ear wax buildup, offered no solutions, but proceeded to inform the patient they won't perform ear lavage. Did she advise the patient what to do about wax buildup? Refer to a place that does perform ear lavage? Did she see signs of infection? Did she diagnose at all or explain what she prescribed? Ease any fears? No, No, No, and No. In my opinion, Susan Long should be relegated to a back office with zero patient contact. As a person with sensory issues who is on the spectrum will tell you, interactions such as this one are long lasting, traumatic and damaging. A little kindness and tolerance goes a long way. A health care professional should know better. Leaving a patient in tears is unconscionable. By the way I'm a patient of the main office and up there they are very courteous, Drs are super nice. I'm not sure of the affilation but whoever is in charge needs to rethink their staffing decision in the Urgent Care clinic.

A very bad place if you want medical service, the doctor only treats you by phone call, never in person, the last time I went with my son he did not want to treat me in person, because he had respiratory problems, I only took him to the hospital by phone call. emergency AND that my son had a respiratory virus that he was giving to small children, so I do not recommend this place if you have an emergency
The clinic eating the conception You have to pay but the doctor and nurses are very attentive and have very good service, I patch them up a lot

Seems to Never be open during their normal business hours and when I did catch them open once, they weren't helpful. Now have cut back their normal business hours to only 3 days a week, and only 3 hours open on 2 of those days. Why bother to have an open "express care" that's not open 7 days a week. People don't have accidents only on Tuesday, Wednesday 5-8, and Friday 12-8. ? Why bother to have it, just close it down already or staff it. This is as short-staffed as the primary care office.

I went in to get check out because i was having pain on my lower right back pain where kidney is located, the doctor was rude and mean. Instead of being nice or concerning she right away said should see your primary doctor and i told her i went up to ask for appointment and she said i was rude for just going up there and asking to be seen. In which she didnt even listen or anything. She was rude. It is a shame she is a doctor working there because someone can be sick or not feeling well she right away assumes stuff and tells you mean things. I did not like her and i do not know why she is even a doctor. She shouldn't be a doctor if she going to be mean because she literally is. Unfortunate service by an actual doctor such a shame really. Guess EGO DOES GET TO YOU AND THAT DOCTOR HAS ONE 100% EGOTISTICAL
