My outside drains were not working during the recent rains & my pool was going to over flow... I booked Klein Plumbing to look at the job and give me a few hours of work. With their professional diagnosis and care, they uncovered a much needed drain overhaul. Their two hour commitment turned into an eight hour day (he canceled all other appointments to finish the job right ) that was more needed than I knew. I am so grateful for this dedicated and professional plumbing company to snake all the roots and sludge of 15 year back up from my backyard patio. Keith and his team are great and will be using them for any future plumbing need. We needed to re-pipe the house. We searched for several estimates, Keith was the most thorough by far. He actually walked through the entire property and wrote notes as he went along, provided a detailed written estimate with the scope of work.As they worked on the project, it took about a week. Keith would provide end-of-day updates to make sure we knew what was happening. The quality of the work is great, minimal disruption to our water throughout this time period, everything looks and feels nice and clean.
