This studio is immensely helpful and healthy, it truly has turned my life around and made me healthier than ever, I'm just at a loss for words. Even the teachers there are filled with love I highly recommend this beloved space, it's like a family in there.
If you need to find a new way of getting exercise in this is the place to go to! I never thought I would consider myself a Yogi, but I definitely have grown to love it! Laura and Linda's class is are my favorite!
I've been a member of Hot Yoga Covina for a couple of years now, and it's my favorite place to go for stress relief, detoxification, energy, flexibility, clarity and balance. I love to see how much progress I've made in my practice since when I first started. Every time I visit I feel like it's a new day to grow in my practice. Thank you so much Laura! Also thank you to all of the other practitioners for guiding us through our practice. We are truly blessed and grateful for Hot Yoga Covina!
