Terrible doctor and clinic. Dirty and pathetic place, no current equipment and horrible care. They don't update your visit in the records, the doctor never knows why you are there. He is uninformed and rude. The care is horrible. Do not go here for anything.

I wish I could give no stars. These people went out of their way to refuse treatment. when presented with a current insurance card, they did everything possible to deny me service. The receptionist is the type of person who will TALK OVER YOU TO GET HER POINT ACROSS. if you can choose a different PCP I highly suggest doing so. This office went out of their way to deny me service. I took a day off work, arranged child care, just to be told that there is nothing they can do for me, but if i wanna give them 50$, the Dr. will talk to me. He just won't provide any type of care. I told them to go fuck themselves, since all it seems like they were doing was looking to fuck me as best they could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, FIND A PCP WHO WILL ACTUALLY SEE,& HELP THEIR PATIENT.

I have an issue with the waiting time on the phone is almost 45 minutes every time and Jessica in the main office appears to be overwhelmed with all the phone calls. Definitely, she needs help with the front desk. Please add another person to the front desk.

Dr. Gin is straight to the point. I haven't been seen in two years because I have no reason to be seen but any time I have something wrong he's always there to listen. He always refers me to whom I need to be referred to. He actually does care, I've seen others views of him. But all doctors are different. Yes, he is very busy, he's one person handling and juggling a bunch of other things with a small office staff. He deserved the applaud for being as attentive as he is, most can't even handle taking care of themselves. Yet he manages to care for multiple people at once, he is a great doctor and I will never switch over. I do recommend him to everyone I've spoken too(sorry dr gin for adding more people to your work load) but I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Gin is a great Doctor who is professional and takes time to listen to his patients. I am also a clinician and can appreciate when a medical team has good bedside manner. I had to change my PCP from OC to LA county and happened upon Dr. Gin's office in my neighborhood. He has helped me jump through a couple of hoops to find which medications my insurance will cover and even submitted a pre-authorization the same day that I was in contact with him. Kevin was also great, I'm usually a hard stick and he got my blood drawn in one try! I always appreciate when they don't have to fish around for my vein.I highly recommend Dr. Gin and his medical team. Thanks for the support Doc!!

I've been a patient for nearly 5 years now. Unfortunately after this last visit for a physical I've decided to change my PCP. The MA brought me into the room, no vital signs were taken no height no weight and this was for my yearly physical in which I hadn't done in at least 3 years so I was looking forward to it and finally had the time. Dr walked in and I could tell he was completely overwhelmed, so much that he confused me for another patient. A couple months later and I never received a call about my lab work, thank goodness I'm primarily healthy. I finally called to ask and it turns out my results aren't even in the system? Dr. Gin is very nice and so is the staff but there's needs to be more staff to help, more organization. Wish them nothing but the best.

I have been seeing Dr Gin for about 3 years. I have to say with all honesty, he's the worst doctor I have had. He's always busy and running around the office. When he answers the phone he sounds so put out and annoyed. Whenever I would tell him an issue I have, his first response is "you want me to give you anything?" I want to find and fix the problem, I dont want a bandaid slapped on top of my symptoms. I had gone in to see him for some knee pain in mainly my right knee. He asked how my left knee was and I said it was in slight pain. He then gave me a look that said "yeah, okay, sure." I have a torn meniscus in both knees. This has happened a few more times, where I feel like I'm not taken seriously. He always seems frazzled, unorganized, put out, and and irritated with patients (he's not good at hiding it).

Dr. Gin is an amazing primary Doctor and I refuse to go to anyone else. He has helped me more than any other Doctor I have been to and I will always be grateful to Dr. Gin. An absolute best family physician to me and my family.
