Unprofessional and unacceptable service. My niece has reached out numerous times to get her medications refilled, but the office completely ignores her calls. If anyone else has experienced this dangerous neglect, please file a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California.

I'm really disappointed with this clinic. My first visit was great, but getting follow-up care has been incredibly frustrating.
I waited about 30 minutes just to speak with someone regarding a medication refill. After being transferred to a nurse, I waited again only to be told that no one was available and that I would receive a call back. I provided my information twice and never received a return call.
I am now completely out of my amitriptyline and only have one birth control pill remaining. I called and sent messages on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday requesting refills and even asked for a telehealth appointment, but I still have not received a response.
Missing doses of certain medications, including antidepressants, can cause withdrawal symptoms and other health complications. Running out of prescribed medication because a patient cannot reach their healthcare provider is unacceptable.
At this point, I may have to visit urgent care just to obtain enough medication until I can speak with my doctor.
My initial experience here was positive, which makes this even more disappointing. The clinic's communication and prescription refill process need significant improvement.

The staff at the Covina location is friendly, and I appreciate how efficient scheduling is. (I also appreciate that they offer to schedule appointments, like labs, on my behalf.) I also like that they're open late and during the weekend.
It can be difficult to reach them by phone, which is why I knocked a star off my review.

A professional a friendly atmosphere with accommodating parking. When you're here, you are treated with the great care and with the best professional staff and Doctors. East Valley makes sure that your health is always taken care of.

My experience with lab dept was very disappointing all they were just talking about personal conversation they were loud as well . I work for the medical field as well and we know better not to let no patients wait for a long time I get it catching up with associates it’s okay but their should be limits. Keeping it professional

East Valley Community Center is one of the best in the US. With nice and wonderful staff that makes sure your day ends with a smile and doctors that hear your concerns (shout out to frontdesk, nurses, and Dr. Pierson)! Not only that but, the location is willing to change/speak different languages for your needs! From Spanish, Thai, Malay, and Russian~ they all deserve a raise!
I can confidently go to this location without that anxiety or fear of going to the doctor's. Keep up the amazing work
