Cypress animal hospital for myself is top rank, all my pets (who I like calling my kids) are brought here, staff is very friendly, well informed, and caring. Doctors are well knowledgeable, if your family member needs caring ,don't hesitate to bring them here. They are in good hands.

This veterinary clinic is the best you’ll ever find. Everyone there is incredibly caring and compassionate. You can truly sense their passion for animals and their dedication to their work.

Our dog was seen here today and we had questioned Dr. Chea valuation, we asked for a second opinion from another in house doctor. They walked back in and told me my visit was free and to not come back, she said “get your 2nd opinon from another vet” i was taken back and asked why? They could not give me an answer. I will gladly go elsewhere but please be careful with this vet. Horrible service, horrible horrible horrible!

Don’t go here. The staff is rude and don’t really seem to care about pets, I took one of my cats here a few years ago (edit: for urgent care), the vet overlooked an infection and my cat ended up passing away because of her negligence. I probably shouldn’t have, but I gave them another chance because I’ve been going to them for over ten years and from my understanding they had a different vet. I brought in my cat two weeks ago and let them know that he was around a kitten who had a cough and developed an eye irritation. I got there on time but they made me wait 30 minutes with no update in one of their rooms. I will say, the vet tech and vet were gentle with her when they did the exam. They gave me a vitamin that smelled like maple syrup and an eye cream which barely worked and sent me off. They did offer an eye exam and I asked if the treatment would be different, to which they replied no and I didn’t see the point of putting my cat under additional stress. My cat got worse and started vomiting bile yesterday so I called this morning and the receptionist interrupted me while I was telling her what happened (like I get you have to look up my file, but I’m sure your attention span can withstand two or three sentences) and then asked if my cat got into anything she wasn’t supposed to, which.. if you listened you would know that she probably just got worse from the lack of treatment your vet offered. She said all they had was urgent care and that I would have to drop her off and they would get to her when they could but that’s what we did last time and obviously it didn’t go well. Didn’t offer a waitlist. Seems silly to take my cat into a stressful situation when it’s pretty common knowledge that URIs can get worse in stressful situations. I had called Covina Animal Hospital beforehand (who happens to be fear free) and the receptionist was so sweet and empathetic but there were no slots available, she offered a waitlist and sent me urgent care suggestions as well. Don’t waste your time and go there instead, their facility looks cleaner and with the limited interaction I’ve had with staff they already seem like better people who actually care.

This has been our Vet for 25 years. This visit we went for a goals of care planning for our senior dog. The Vet was very nice and attentive to our concerns for our dogs needs.
