We had two chairs fixed in half an hour. Checked for other potential problems, and gave us tips on taking care of it better. He also managed to get to us within just a few days of us calling. Blown away by Guy, I wish he could fix all our things I don't know how to fix myself.
I'd give 10 stars if they were available. Guy is a total professional. He responded quickly to my call and set up a same day appt. to my house. He immediately recognized the issue with my LazyBoy recliner, replaced the required parts (he had in his truck) and within 30 minutes my beloved recliner was good as new!
