Avila's tree service did a fantastic job trimming my trees which were getting out of control. Both Gaby and Peter are professional and very friendly. I I did not use this company but know an elderly businessman that uses them regularly. The words that come to mind are reliable, trustworthy, insured, hard-working, and most importantly, honest. I was present when an unfortunate event occurred where a large oak tree fell. It damaged a lot of property, and the owner, who is in his late 80's had to call someone last minute. He called Peter, and Peter agreed to respond the same day, driving from LA. Peter handled this situation professionally, arrived in the late evening, came up with a plan, and surveyed the damage. He did some work the same day late into the evening and then came back the following day. Peter and I talked about all the damage, and he showed empathy for the homeowner, the property and not only completed the task in a timely fashion, but he also did what he said; in other words, a man of his word. I also met several other neighbors who use Peter for their trees; the Valley Oak is a particular tree that requires very meticulous care. Peter knows how to care for them and is utilized by well-known arborists in the area. Thanks for a great job, Peter; you and your crew did a great job!
