I use them yearly to service my unit for winter and summer season and it is usually not hard to make an appointment. Usually the receptionist says she calls me back and she calls back a couple of days later, true I should get a call within the same day just to make an appointment. In this occasion the receptionist was to call me back end of day on a Tuesday. I never got a call back the entire week. In addition to servicing my unit, I was having A/C issues and was wiling to pay extra if Argo would service and find the issue with my A/C. I ended up telling my home warranty to find me another vendor to help fix my A/C. I am tired of the receptionist taking so long to respond just to make an appointment. I believe it is unprofessional and not delivering good customer service. The receptionist even threatened me that I need to get my heater and A/C serviced every year to avoid the unit losing its warranty. How am I supposed to get it serviced if I can't make an appointment.

My problem with my AC started back in September 9, 2022. We tried different companies but they did not completed the job and cost a lot. They did not even consider us suffering from heat in the middle of heatwave with no AC. Finally we’re able to find ARGO, David the AC specialist came on time and did excellent job. David even helped me set up NEST control on my phone. This company really cares for their customers. I will call them again for my heating and AC problem and I’m 100% satisfied with the service they provided. Thank you David and ARGO! God bless you!Services: A/C system repair

I have Select Home Warranty company my AC stopped working they sent Argo Contractors Service out. This company was on it! They contacted me, sent an email told me when you expect serviceman! David called said he'd be here in 20 minutes and HE WAS! David was FANTASTIC HE was professional, courteous and KNOWLEDGEABLE, he addressed the problem and completely checked the entire unit! I can't say enough about this company. If you need an AC company you won't go wrong with this company! ARGO IS THE BEST!
