Paul & SRF is epic. As a 40-year-old surfer, Paul has kept me and my friends injury-free and maintained my surf-specific strength, which I am forever grateful for. SRF has helped me prep for multiple surf trips to Hawaii and Indo. Surf trips can be quite an investment in surfing, but having the right fitness levels significantly enhances the fun, confidence, and endurance needed to make the most of these trips - it literally boils down to more waves per dollar. Love Surf Ready Fitness. I have been going for a few months now, getting ready for a surf trip, but now I am hooked and will continue even after the trip. Paul and staff are extremely knowledgeable about the body and the exercises have helped my surf shape and overall fitness/strength. An added bonus is watching tennis and surf on the TV and listening to good music while working out.
