Semi Annual equipment examination revealed several equipment problems that needed to be addressed. Andrea came and did a complete inspection. Several issues needed to be corrected. The Company sent Andrea out with another Service Representative and installed new equipment where needed, cleaned and repaired system.The Service Technician (Andrea) was exceptionally careful with the installation/repair as was her partner today. Very careful of the walls, staircase and all personal property of the owner.Blue Ice came at the exact time they set and completed the work in an efficient and timely manner.I would highly recommend this company.

Blue Ice did a wonderful job installing new heat pumps, ductwork and a condenser for an entirely new air conditioning and heating system. Sergio explained the system in detail, and was responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way during the multi-day installation. Blue Ice's team was friendly, neat and did a great job with the installation. We highly recommend Blue Ice.
