After viewing Dr Alex Videos, I was compelled to try his treatment. I was visiting from Wisconsin and only had time for the one appointment/treatment. I was truly impressed by the staff professionalism. Dr. Alex reviewed my X-rays with me and came up with his treatment plan for me. It was a unique experience and I was fully satisfied with what he did for me in that 1 visit . I returned home to WI and as of yet, I still need to find another chiropractor, who can give me the same technique/treatment that I had experienced from OC/Back Bay Wellness and Chiropractics. I've visited chiropractors before, but not like this. Since it was my first visit, X-rays were taken and Dr Alex went over the results with me. He took the time to explain what was going on and what care would be needed to correct some bad posture. Dr Alex was professional, yet friendly and insightful. The ladies in the front got me in, scheduled for the next visit, and out quickly.
