Truly one of the most healing massages I’ve ever had. I struggle with SI joint, rotator cuff and neck/shoulder pain and I felt all the areas were addressed and are on the mend. These areas of pain are due to my lifestyle (somewhat active but also chronically at a desk job), and I wish I had sought out sports medicine sooner. I noticed a difference after my first massage. In the past more “spa like” massages haven’t really addressed my issues and provided temporary relief vs. addressing the deep routed issues. I started training for a marathon, and Anna Thessman has been helping me with my injuries and aches for the last few months. She is very talented and strong. Her massage techniques are perfect for athletes, specially long distance runners. Anna knows a lot about the human body and reasons for the pains and injuries. I am very thankful I have met Anna! With her help, I have ran four races ( trail and road ) in 2025 free of injury!

I had an amazing session with Anna. Went in with shoulder pain and discomfort. She was amazingly attentive and thorough in examining the issue. When she was finished with the massage I truly felt 10x better. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment without any reservations.
