I moved into my home in 2007 & had not needed to drain my septic tank until 2022 when my home started backing up with water. When West End Plumbing Company arrived at my home, one hour after I had called them, they 1st removed my heavy concrete lids that covered my septic tank. The amount of roots that were in my tank was absolutely horrifying to me. Hugh heavy piles of roots mixed with sludge & ???? I Immediately thought to myself, this guy is never going to be able to pump anything out & he's sure not going to help with the removal of all these roots. But thank the LORD I was wrong. You are amezing!! I had my septic take cleaned out 3 months ago by a different company that as far as i was concerned they did a good job.......but they did not clean out my filter for the leachline , so my septic tank stoped flowing!!!!! that ended up costing me a total of $1,100.00 for their mistake. But..... then I called WEST-END They came out and found the mistake from the other company and cleand my filter........which they said they ALWAYS do with each cleaning. and my tank started working as it should again. Thank you WEST END for coming so quick and making my day a whole lot better!!
