Vintage design is by far the worst flooring company you could ever potentially higher. I bought a brand new home and they happen to be the ones who install the flooring we have been in this house for less than a year and all of the flooring is peeling up and bubbling and you can see all the tack strips in the carpet. We are constantly stepping on nails, and the carpet is not even tucked under the baseboards. They have sent people to my home to fix the flooring twice now and every time they fix some thing a new issue arises with the flooring. Farrah was amazing to work with and super personable; if it was just her, this would be 5 stars. Jordan, on the other hand was the opposite. Really cold and did not follow through with sending us a confirmation on our design appointment.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We had picked out our flooring, cabinets, and blinds months prior to moving into our new home. When we move in there was no blinds and when we called to find out what happened they didn’t have any answers. When they finally showed up, they installed the wrong blinds that we chose. They then didn’t show up to appointments that we had to miss work for. I would not recommend this place!
