Farrah was amazing to work with and super personable; if it was just her, this would be 5 stars. Jordan, on the other hand was the opposite. Really cold and did not follow through with sending us a confirmation on our design appointment.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. We had picked out our flooring, cabinets, and blinds months prior to moving into our new home. When we move in there was no blinds and when we called to find out what happened they didn’t have any answers. When they finally showed up, they installed the wrong blinds that we chose. They then didn’t show up to appointments that we had to miss work for. I would not recommend this place!

I can't tell you anything you haven't read about this incompetent company already; however, here I am. DO NOT USE this company. The "upgrades" are abysmal, it will fall apart so quick, you'll wish you spent your 20k went elsewhere. The upgrades essentially come out to $11-$14 per sqft. Not worth it, 100% a rip off. The sales reps are unprofessional, rude and inept. Their warranty won't hold water, they'll find a way to bend the rules and say "it fits the standards." This company doesn't care to listen and help their customers. If you're using Lennar and are forced to use this company, I wish you the best of luck.
