When one of the windows was accidentally damaged, The Window Guys promptly handled the warranty claim, and Milgard replaced the broken pane within a week. I had 2 broken windows and 2 others that just wouldn't work as they should, so I contact John and Jacob, and they quoted a VERY reasonable amount to replace 5 of my windows. The Window replacements are OUTSTANDINGLY BEAUTIFUL ! ! !. If ever you need or want to replace your Windows, call them, you'll be very glad you did !
We recently had 3 new Milgard Trinsic sliding doors installed by The Window Guys, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cesar and his crew were absolutely amazing.
The workmanship and attention to detail were top-notch, and the installation came out even better than we expected. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the project. You can really tell they take pride in their work.
