This review is very late but I'm so grateful for Stephen and the care he took with my very painful/arthritic 14-year-old dog with severe dementia. She only had a few baths with Stephen to keep her comfortable with nail trims, but I am so grateful for the time he took with her. He is calm, patient and reassuring, and I knew I didn't need to worry about my girl in his care. She has since passed away, but just felt like I needed to give him a shout out because he deserves way more than 6 reviews on here.

I have no words. I worked in animal welfare for 5 years, my husband is a DVM and we own a vet practice together. Not that that gives me any kind of authority - only that I'be worked with a lot of animal people and I'm annoyingly picky about who I trust with my dogs. Stephen is outstanding. I don't think I've ever worked with a groomer who has so much respect and understanding for each individual dog. I have a very fragile senior dog (deaf, poor vision, neck sensitivity from damage before she was adopted, back/hip/shoulder arthritis), and an emotionally unstable butthead (I say with affection but he's high-anxiety lol). Steven was amazing. Steven arrived on time and communicated well before, during, and after our appointment. He took time to get acquainted with our furbabies, taking them on a quick walk, asking questions about likes, dislikes, or injuries. We're already booked for our next grooming.
