Like many of their competitors, they have not responded to my communication since Monday. If you have no suite availability, you should mention this on your voicemail greeting rather than direct people to text. If your waitlist is full, that should also be mentioned. This will help cut down on follow-up. But, ignoring incoming requests is wildly unprofessional. While suites are designed for independence, this leads me to believe there is a lack of support from management.

If there was a zero, I would have put that. I contacted Kara and told her the condition of my hair how it was very damaged and she replied to send pictures so I did. She felt confident enough to book the appointment which I was fine with. Prior to the appointment I left a 100 deposit. I contacted her the day prior to tell her mass amounts of my hair is falling out, does she still feel it's safe or once I get there if she determines that the hair is too damaged can she just do a cut and deep condition based offer in person evaluation. She replied no that if she determines the hair is too damaged she will not use my money toward anything else such as cut and deep condition....read full review

I reached out to Leah about a double suites availability and she told me she had one coming available and would get back to me in a day or two. A week later after not hearing from her I reached out again to which no response. Extremely unprofessional and tacky.
