I have been training at Self Made Corona for about 2 years with Chris Shah and it has been a rewarding and positive experience on all fronts. Chris takes his time to always ensure I understand all my workout exercises, both physically and mentally. I train with Chris about 3 times per week and it's always a balanced week to ensure I'm hitting all my goals. Chris pushes me to be my best which was not easy since I started at the age of 52 after not working out for several years. Because of Chris I'm feeling and looking my best.
I've been attending SMTF with Chris Shah for a month & love it! Chris shows he genuinely cares for his clients & I've experienced it first hand. He's been available when I'm not at the facility & I have questions for him. He's motivating, encouraging, dedicated & professional.
i've been training with chris shah for about 4 months now, & i have never seen so much progress. not only is he an amazing trainer, but he cares about his clients on a genuine level, while keeping the professionalism. chris keeps me accountable with an emphasis on encouragement. coming from a gym where my trainer was always on his phone, chris pays careful attention, is never on his phone, & makes sure my form is always correct!! thanks chris!!
