17 days with no Air could be rough! I’m so glad with RC AIR! The techs Andrew and Aaron were top notch. Professional, very knowledgeable and beyond qualified to work on my 4 yr old unit that has two motherboards in it. I really do appreciate how they kept me informed through the waiting process for the replacement parts. 5 stars is an understatement

I luckily got a same day appointment and Andrew came out and found the problem very quickly along with recognizing that our capacitor was not working very well, checked it and sure enough it needed to be replaced. He even showed me its microfarad rating was extremely low. He had one on hand and replaced it on the spot. Highly recommend!
