They are unable to explain the charges deducted for HOA dues. Example: $410 per month, with one month outstanding. Deducted $1,757. They point the finger at the HOA, who says that's what they were told by Pro Group. Two months later, still unable to explain exactly what is owed and why.
Update: After posting this, I received a response. This doesn't resolve the issue, but points me back to the other party. I'm still not happy with the way it was handled and hope to get it resolved, but its not looking good.

this escrow is very unprofessional, especially Sonya Vaughn. She provided wire instruction and refuse to provide detail for the wire. Not doing her job. very unprofessional and they asking for unnecessary from a donor, and make the transaction very complicated. Don't do business with them.

This has been a lot of work. At this point they should be paying me. As sellers they gave us last minute paperwork to fill out notarize and research. It was ridiculous the amount of last minute things they demanded. Most of which could have been handled at the beginning instead of making us rush around at closing. I will NEVER use them again
