Isabelle Brito was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and friendly and answered questions we had. She had everything prepared for us and signing went flawlessly. Front reception was very hospitable, too. Smiling faces all around and real competent at their jobs.
Not sure about the negative reviews for this place. We've used pro group twice, once as a buyer and again as a seller. I've never had any problems with them. Super accommodating (They have notarized documents for us twice on a Saturday). Very communicative. ALSO- they stock regular sized bags of Candy! Sign a bunch of docs and get candy! Thanks Christina for coming in on a Saturday.
