We are so pleased with the service we received from Leo, Katherine and their team. In advising us on the sell of our home, they were honest and helpful. They only suggest repairs that were truly necessary, which helped us keep money in our pocket. He expressed concern and made sure we were aware of the consequences when we agreed to sell before we bought a new home. He also arranged for an extension so we can stay in our home for a month after we sold! Leo & Katherine were great to work with! We were relocating to a different state, and coordinating the sale of our home with the purchase of a new home in our new state. They worked seamlessly with my purchasing realtor and made the process as stress free as possible!They took high quality professional photos of our home, and advertised it through various avenues. We received multiple offers above asking, and sold our home in less than a week!Even after the sale closed, they assisted us in securing a package that was delivered to our old home and mailing it to us in our new home state. They were friendly, helpful, professional and experienced.
