The only good thing about clogged toilets, plumming issues is Martin. He is always a consummate professional, up beat froendly, informative, thoughtful to be respectful of personal space and privacy when he is conducting his services. A classy employee. I had a wonderful experience with Fernando from Plumbing Concept. I actually missed his doorbell ring at my house at first but he was willing to come back later the same day to fix the leak. They were called in by the builder but this company is now on my list to call in case of plumbing issues in the future.
