Pacific Pool Plumbing installed the plumbing for my pool in 2019. Three years later when a service issue came up they couldn't have reacted quicker or more professionally. I own a contracting business myself and I can't tell you that this level of service is rare. Highly recommended to work with.Service: Inground pool installation

We are so glad we hired the dream team at Pacific Pool Plumbing for our new owner-build pool. After talking to numerous plumbers, we selected PPP because of how thorough Mark was when discussing the project. He helped us save money by suggesting we tunnel under concrete to run our utilities on the other side in a planter rather than to tear up a lengthy concrete pathway. Also, at the time, pumps and panels were in short supply, but rather than make substitutions, Mark tracked down the needed equipment. Having the specific equipment also saved us money as we were able to remove a sound barrier wall from our plans based on the low decibel ratings of the pumps obtained. As the plumbing start date approached, Mark kept us posted on how to handle the impending rain and what steps to take to tarp and pump the excavated hole to keep the project in good shape. Once started, Mark, Nelson, and the crew did a great job and handled every obstacle that can came up with expertise- such as a ditch witch breaking down and sleuthing to discover an unknown clogged pipe that was preventing water from reaching the project.Post installation, Mark was quick to respond about questions that arose about a slide connection, pump, and a sheer descent connection. I would send an email to Mark, and soon after, someone would arrive at our home to address the question. From beginning to end, PPP did an amazing job, and we are so glad we worked with them. Their expertise made a huge, positive impact on our project.
