I made an appointment easily, all staff were kind, professional, efficient. The eye exam was thorough. My glasses came in quickly and I was called to come pick them up ,this when things changed. Although they are good,I was handed my glasses over the counter without being seated to ensure they fit correctly and I was satisfied . It's as if once you bought the glasses customer service just wasn't important. They are a good office and I hope this was a one time situation and not typical. Reason for 4 stars only

I’ve been going to this office for almost three years and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The doctors and staff are extremely welcoming and always work with me. Plus they have a great selection of glasses!

Dr. Lee and Savana were wonderful with me!! They answered all of my questions (….and there were plenty of them!!) with kindness and patience. Optique helped me keep my vision with their state of the art exam procedures! I highly recommend!!
