I spoke to over twenty banks/lenders/brokers before finding Pacific Mortgage by chance. Initial contact with PM was neutral as the person I first spoke to wasn't confident in the property. He wasnt rude, just reserved, but I understood my property was far from conventional. I crossed PM off my list and moved on. Then, Omar called. As the conversation continued, he proved himself educated in what he does and transparent. He carried himself this way from start to finish. There was never any sales pitches or fear mongering. He also earned my respect when he took initiative after-hours to find a different lender as the original one was being less responsive than desired. I never asked him to, I was simply going to walk away and find a different lender in the morning. His proactiveness saved this deal and restored my trust on a few occasions. Closing took over a month, then came like a whirlwind in less than 2 days, but he stayed on top of things and worked hard to help us avoid additional lender fees. I think we can all agree that lenders/brokers will do whatever it takes to get your money, but not all of them will go above and beyond for your trust and business, and Omar did just that. I can confidently say he's the reason PM is at the top of my list for the next property.”
