My daughter recently booked a massage for me hoping for me to have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. While the massage itself had some moments of relief, several key aspects significantly detracted from the overall visit.
My primary points of dissatisfaction stemmed from two areas: the lack of basic amenities and the failure to provide a specific service I had requested. Firstly, it was surprising and frustrating to find that there was no water available for customers. I go once a month for a 1.5 hour massage. I’ve been going to the same massage therapist for over a year. I have osteoarthritis and she maintains the right amount of pressure for me. Highly recommend Alma.
Hand and stone offers wonderful service for massage therapy. Welcoming, friendly and informative you'll be in good hands once you walk in. New procedures to check in along with updated information on existing memberships. Be aware of the new changes. Straight forward but may take some time adjusting to the new norm. Have had multiple encounters with various staff at this location and all have been very positive making the transition smooth. The hubby and I were both very satisfied with our experiences. Therapists have been wonderful! Perfect for what we wanted in each session. Hot stones and various oil add ons were blissful melting the tension away. Definitely recommend... read full review
