Massage Envy offers a range of services including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, aimed at promoting overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. The business has received praise for its skilled and caring therapists, with some standouts including Shelly, Jay, and other favorites who have mastered a balanced and effective technique. Clients appreciate the attention to their specific pain points and aches, with noticeable improvements in their sleep and overall well-being. While some have noted that the front desk staff has improved in terms of friendliness, others express disappointment that they do not yet know regular customers by name, a trait that was previously valued. Despite this, Massage Envy's commitment to providing exceptional massage therapy services has earned it a loyal following.
I love my massage therapist. She does an amazing job. Front desk has gotten a lot better recently, more friendlier than it had been. Still disappointed that the same people that see me every two weeks don't know me by name. Years ago I would walk in and they greeted me by name, it was just a nice feeling.
My Sister is taken here once a month. I took her and wanted to know some info. She loves it. I don't have one in my town. Came to get her a Birthday certificate. Very nice staff here. Thank you
I come regularly, and am always greeted with the offer of tea. I love tea. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I have never gotten a poor massage here-- always great, from any therapist. I recommend Thomas for his attention to detail in trouble spots and wide understanding of the musculoskeletal system.
