John & his team did a great job servicing our mgmt community here in Orange County - cost was within our budget and made our tenants feel safe and taken care of while they dealt with an emergency water leak. Live Well Restoration is clearly the best in what they do. My broken water heater created water damage in a bedroom, a hallway, a hall closet and garage.
They made the process as comfortable as possible during this most difficult time. I had to deal with my homeowners insurance, my supplemental insurance, the plumbers and Live Well Restoration.
I highly recommend Live Well Restoration Services. From Ashley in the office to Zach with the first inspection to Daniel and Morgan doing the demo…everyone has been kind, caring, helpful, and trustworthy.

In September I was away from my desert home and it had a flood from a faulty valve. I did a lot of research online and chose Livewell Restoration. I am extremely happy with my choice. From my first phone call I was treated with kindness and respect. My home is a 600sq foot park model probably a very simple endeavor for them in the scheme of things but I was treated as if my job was the only one they had.
