Natalie from the service desk was the most kind lady, spoke to her about freezing my account and she not only accommodated my situation but went above and beyond to stay off the clock to make sure it was taken care of! The gym is very big and the people are very kind

I picked LA over 24 for the simple fact that this is only 2mins from my job and i can work out before work or on lunch break. I actually like this one. The only issue is that the lady who cleans the shower/bathroom do it at like 530am. They open at 5 and im trying to take a shower at 6.. but everythings dripping wet.. the floor is wet.. etc.. i think they should have them clean before they open. I dont like wet socks... read full review
