Was referred by my specialist for IBD several times. They never call to set up the appointment and every time I have tried to call I am put on hold for 10-15 minutes and then hung up on.
Never have any issues except when I just need a nurses visit. I am always told it is a 15-20 wait and I wait for 40 minutes even with an appointment. Why have me set an appointment if I won't be seen at that time? When I'm waiting, they barely call anyone back there so I'm not sure what they do back there. It's very distracting especially when I have to leave work and being seen takes less than 2 minutes.
