I have never found anything I can stick to to help me lose weight. But thanks to my amazing nurse Wendy she keeps me on track and makes me accountable. Love the weekly weigh ins. The HMC Cocktail helps for the whole week with energy and fights those late night cravings. Down almost 15lbs and it keeps going! Thanks Wendy and HMC!

I've been coming here for 5 months following their regular monthly weight loss program and in that time I've dropped a total of 30 stubborn pounds with a combination of the program and exercise 5 times a week. The staff are always so sweet and helpful. Wendy and Lupe are encouraging and thorough when I visit each week; they are patient and kind & made me feel so comfortable. The office manager Mary hooked me up with discounts for other services (they offer a lot more than just weight loss products) and answers all my random questions with patience and kindness. I recommend this place to all my friends. I get my Botox here with the female Dr. and I absolutely love her. She's very gentle and has a great technique for the best results. I've gone elsewhere and had to come back to her. Everyone in the office is friendly and attentive. I'm really looking forward to trying some other treatments they offer!
