Hi my name is NABIL SHAHIN I have been a patient and dealing with Grapevine for a while I am very pleased with this institute very much excellent service especially with the nurse that's helping me her name is LIZ she a very excellent nurse very smart excellent knowledge excellent communicater with my doctor even my doctor said you have a very smart nurse she always gives me good ideas about how we need to treat my wounds with that said with her great help my wounds are doing great I have one on the left closed completely and one on the right about to close .

My mom needed wound care after being discharged from the hospital. Everyone was great in getting it set up and her RN Louis was there 3 times a week, always on-time and made adjustments to fit our busy schedule. Thank you Louis for being so caring and professional . 🙏❤️‍🩹

My son is receiving care from them seems the health aide is an excellent employee. However physical therapy hasn’t shown up and they did a health care check twice last week. Still finishing up the month but I hope to find a more reliable company.
