“Walker Family Funeral Services cremated my brother in 2017. He was sick and had the time to choose them. I was actually thinking I would choose one closer to home but as he was getting closer to passing, I wanted to make sure all of his desires that he stated were honored. At that time I worked with Scott who was so professional, courteous and sympathetic. I was able to sign my brother in advance directly to Walker so that he could be picked up once he passed and not have to go to the coroner. They were so great I decided to use them for our mom. in September 2025, I was travelling so i called and spoke to Michael and with him was also able to sign my mom over in case something happened when I was gone. 9 months later in May 2026, we lost our mother at 101. She was picked up directly by a service for Walker and taken directly there where she was just recently cremated. Michael was 100% communicative every step of the way and even searched and found the urn we needed for my mom (we had a size restriction since her ashes and my dad's will be buried together). For a service you never want to use that ultimately everyone needs, these people are people people and I had the best possible outcome during an extremely emotional and difficult time.”
