Called friends and family heating and air conditioning Monday made an appointment on Wednesday to come and service our hvac unit Drew arrived on time and went to work serviced our air conditioning cleaned the unit well very satisfied with the work Drew did he was courteous and did his job well I’m so glad we called them. Wow!!!! What a great experience. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly. I called Friends & Family last night and was able to have them come out today. Thank you Edgar Martinez for being prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it! Whew! Because summer is on the way, and it’s going to be a hot one. I highly recommend Friends & Family. I will continue to use them for anything in the future should the need arise.
