NATHAN [FRASSICA INC] ARRIVED AT 10:55 AM, EVCAVATED TO LOCATE THE LINE LEAK, PAUSED TO BUY A 1.25" COPPER PIPE, RETURNED TO CUT-OUT 8" OF THE PIN-HOLE SEGMENT, ELECTRICALLY WELDED A NEW SEGMENT IN PLACE, RESTORED THE CITY WATER, CHECKED THE NEW SEGMENT FOR LEAKAGE[NONE]; BACKFILLED THE WATER LINE, DID AN EXCELLENT CLEAR-UP JOB, AND DEPARTED AT 12:15 PM. Thank you Phillip for diagnosing the leak coming from the upstairs bathroom which ended up being a bad angle stop. We were terrified the expanding water bubble would cause our ceiling to collapse, but thankfully the leaking has now stopped. Extra thanks for recommending a restoration company to fix the ceiling to make sure mold doesn’t happen. A+ service!!!
