I recently had a great customer service experience with Fleetwood. While reinstalling the crank mechanism on one of my Fleetwood casement windows, I discovered that the gasket that seals the crank mechanism was damaged. I called Fleetwood and spoke to Customer Service Tech, Daniel Felix. I explained my problem and sent a picture of the item. He said he would look into it. Literally, the next day, the gasket arrived in my mailbox, and I was able to install the crank mechanism without delay. I was blown away by how efficiently my problem was solved. Thanks Daniel!
