Eng Thomas T MD is a neurologist with many long-term patients. The doctor is described as wonderful, fantastic, great, respectful, kind, and considerate. Patients report he listens, knows what to do, and provides very satisfactory care for conditions like migraines and multiple sclerosis. Reviews of the office staff are mixed. Some find them great, welcoming, beyond helpful, and very kind. Others describe the staff as rude, unprofessional, and having terrible follow-through. A positive note is that the office opens early.
I have been taking my mom her for about 8 years, to see Dr, Eng. I started seeing him for my own condition 2 years ago. Dr. Eng is wonderful. He is respectful and kind. I agree with the comments about his office staff. Their follow through is terrible. His staff is rude and unprofessional. I just started matching their energy. I don't go to dr office for conflict. I give this business a 3 because doctor is awesome. Staff looses 2 star due to rude behavior.
The doctor is fine but these office girls are so unprofessional and rude. You can hear them constantly laughing at the top of their lungs into patient rooms and the lobby. When you ask them questions (specifically the brat with the septum piercing) like where the doctor is because you've been waiting for over half an hour to be seen, she is short and condescending. Staff sucks and that hurts to say because I'm a licensed healthcare professional.
Dr. Thomas is an exceptional neurologist whose expertise and care have greatly helped me. However, my experience with the front desk staff at his clinic has been disappointing. The personnel lacks the necessary organization and responsiveness when it comes to scheduling appointments and handling prescription authorizations. It's regrettable that such a capable doctor's practice is hindered by subpar front desk service. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas for his medical expertise, but caution potential patients to brace themselves for potential administrative challenges.
