Greg did the inspection on the house we just purchased. He found fire code issues and mold that we had not seen. His knowledge and thoroughness helped us feel confident with our negotiations. He was also friendly and great when my kids had to be present at some of the meetings!
I’ve used Greg twice and he is very thorough and honest. In fact his thoroughness had me back out of two home purchases due to his fondingams. Dodging a bullet for sure. Would highly recommend! He also told my agent that he works for me (the buyer) not the agent!
