I have had nothing but the BEST service at this Optical Department in Corona. Everyone that has helped me has been so sweet, kind, thoughtful, and have gone the extra mile to make my family and me happy. One particular person that stands out is Judy. I brought in two pairs of glasses that needed an adjustment on the frame since I accidentally sat on them. Judy spent the extra needed time to get them both to fit perfectly on me. I tried to take them to the Eastvale location prior, and the person there was very short with me and said she couldn't fix them because they were too far gone. Thank you again Corona Optical for your excellent service.

2 Stars for Doctor Lee a good and a pleasant Dr. However the office manager and the staff are horrible. No customer service whatsoever, no people skills and very rude. By just asking a simple question, I get a month full of insult and a lecture from the office manager. Need to be retrained on customer service and how to handle customer issue and resolve them. Do not recommend

Amazing customer service! Went in on 7/22/2024 at around 7pm with a pair of glasses needing a repair - The young lady that helped me out did a fantastic job and totally exceeded my expectations.
