I came here thinking I was going to be seen by Sheila, if I had known she sold her business I wouldn't have bothered making an appointment. The service was horrendous, the waiting room was full of employees and the owner or whoever they were for a "meeting". They were loud, laughing and goofing around. An assistant took me to the back room and had me talk to their "dr" over an app on their iPad. Super strange and the whole time I could hear screaming and laughter, highly unprofessional behavior. Luckily after 15 min of searching the assistant couldn't find any kind of razor to remove my hair before the procedure so we had to "reschedule".... read full review

I've been a client of Sheila's 10+ years. I never had a bad experience with her. She recently sold her business and I made an appointment with the new owner for some services. On the day of my appointment there was nobody in the office and doors were locked. There were FedEx slips posted to the door from the day before. They did not have the courtesy to call me or message me stating that they wouldn't be in the office and that they needed to cancel my appointment. I waited for almost half an hour with no response. Sheila, the former owner, was absolutely amazing. I went to her for over 10 years and always had excellent results (botox). She recently retired and sold the business. On 9/5/2024, I went in and had their new gal, Celeste, do the botox injections. The botox was not injected properly and I still had wrinkles which I never had after one week with Sheila (who did botox on me for over 10 years and it was always perfect). After one week from the first service, I initiated a text conversation with number that Sheila sold to the new owners.
