For builders of experimental aircraft painting a bare aluminum plane, the price is even lower, you just have to be willing to disassemble and reassemble it yourself (hangar, tools, and spare hands provided).

I took my Grumman Tiger to them about a year ago. They took my idea and rough (non-artistic) idea and turned it into my dream plane. Delivered on time, on budget. Was informed with texts and pictures every step along the way. Recently had to have a dorsal fin replaced, they EXACTLY matched the paint, got me in and out in a day and buffed the whole aircraft to make it look brand new once again. If you are even considering having your aircraft painted, Ilio and the crew at Corona are the people you want doing it. DeanM.

These guys do good work and I was pleased with the results. I had to bring my aircraft in from out of state but it was worth it. They were significantly better on costs than my local shop. My schedule blew up because the panel was late getting built and I went to the "end of the line", but they did their best to accommodate. The quality of the paint job is very good and Ilio sent out pics during the process when I contacted him. I gave them a printed design that they followed, but they still forgot two of the large decals and replacing the light indicators. Anyway, I recommend that you give them a specific drawing as well.
