It takes alot in me to go to the dentist so this is very upsetting the only reason I’m leaving a two star because they were nice! my cavity was done horribly and now I have to pay thousands to get it fixed! now have two gaps in my teeth and debt!!!

My first time with Dr Chau at Family Dentistry. I had a great experience on my first visit. Dr Chau and his assistant were very attentive and professional. Dr Chau was patient and explained every thing very clearly. I appreciate that he personally did my cleaning!

A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Chau and I'm SO GLAD she did! To start with, the office is very clean, nicely appointed, and smells good. The restroom has mouthwash, which I thought was a really nice touch. Arely, Dr. Chau's assistant, is friendly and super helpful. Even before I had my appointment, she texted me all the forms that I had to fill out so I could do that in advance. I also received reminders about my appointment via text and email. The office has the newest and most high-tech equipment in it. Dr. Chau reviewed my x-rays with me on a big TV in the exam room and we talked about what needed to be done. He found what he thought was infection at the tip of the root of four teeth and referred me to an endodontist (who confirmed he was right). Then he cleaned my teeth and they look great! I came in again to have cavities filled and he did an amazing job, being very careful to make sure that the fillings were a perfect fit and that there were no high spots. I've seen A LOT of dentists in my life and have had a lot of work done. My opinion of dentists is usually that they are crooks, just trying to suck up all my insurance money and copays but not Dr. Chau. He actually cares about both my health and my wallet and was happy to help me with a plan that would be good for both. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chau!
