Care at home has very good office staff! I have had the pleasure of communicating with them for my brother in law and my mother. They are very prompt with call backs and take the time to explain everything throughly! They sent a caregiver, that was very professional and sensitive to his needs, after my bro in law had a stroke. He is a very difficult patient and when he denied care after a few times of services they were very concerned and made sure they got ahold of me to let me know! Michelle also helped me through the process to get my mom respite care and has helped me every step of the way! Thank you so much for all your efforts!
